  Terms of Service and Booking Conditions

  Welcome to Discover Cambodia Tour (DCT). These Terms of Service govern all bookings made with us, outlining our commitment to providing safe and authentic Cambodia private tours and defining your legal rights and responsibilities. By booking any tour or service with DCT, you agree to these conditions.

 1. Booking and Payment

  1.1 Confirmation and Deposits To secure your Cambodia tour package, a non-refundable deposit (amount specified at the time of booking) is required. Bookings are only confirmed upon our receipt of this deposit and issuance of a written confirmation invoice.

  1.2 Final Payment

  The remaining balance of your private tour cost is due [Suggest a timeframe, e.g., 45 days] before the tour start date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  2. Cancellations and Refunds

  2.1 Cancellation by Client


 All cancellation requests must be received in writing (via email). Refund amounts are based on the notice period before the tour start date:

 - Suggest a timeframe, 60 days or more: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

 - Suggest a timeframe, 30–59 days: 50% refund of the total tour price.

 - Suggest a timeframe, Less than 30 days: No refund.

  2.2 Cancellation by Discover Cambodia Tour   We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political instability, natural disasters). In such rare cases, clients will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future booking.

  3. Pricing and Surcharges Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change until the deposit is received. We reserve the right to impose surcharges if increases occur due to currency fluctuations, government action, or increases in transportation costs.

  4. Liability and Insurance

  4.1 Limitation of Liability

  As a local Cambodian tour operator, DCT acts solely as an agent in booking accommodations, transportation, and activities. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay incurred by clients unless caused by our negligence.

  4.2 Travel Insurance

  Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. This must cover personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and cancellation/curtailment. You are responsible for ensuring your policy covers all activities included in your Cambodia adventure tours.

  5. Client Responsibility   Clients are required to obtain valid passports, visas, and necessary health documentation prior to travel. Clients must also comply with the instructions of the tour guide and local laws while on our cultural immersion trips.
